Knowledge Management and Learning
Examples of knowledge management services that we can provide DFID include:
- Topic or country specific Briefing Packs.
- Development of end-of-assignments or events, e.g. Key Message packs.
- Organisation of peer learning events e.g. study tours, exchange visits or guided reading weeks.
- Development of case studies/professional development materials from study/event outputs.
- Abstracting/summarising of study/event outputs and learning for wider dissemination.
- Dissemination of study/event outputs and learning through IDS Knowledge Services or dedicated seminars/workshops.
- Facilitation of knowledge management and learning strategy for a study or programme.
- Facilitation of discussions on study/event outputs and learning online or through tele/video-conferencing.
- Facilitation of email or tele/video-conference briefings.
