The Livelihoods Resource Centre is managed by HTSPE Limited in consortium with three core partners: The Institute of Development Studies (IDS), The Overseas Development Group (ODG) and Coffey International Development.
HTSPE (formerly HTS Development Ltd and P-E International Ltd) is one of Britain's leading consultancy organisations, offering a full range of development consulting services: from natural resource development to public sector reform and privatisation.
With over 120 years combined experience, HTSPE has worked to plan and implement development programmes that are both socially equitable and environmentally sustainable. We bring the broadest expertise to supporting rural and peri-urban livelihoods: from agricultural production to institutional development.

The Institute of Development Studies (IDS) is a leading global organisation for research, teaching and communications on international development. Founded in 1966, IDS enjoys an international reputation based on the quality of its work and its commitment to applying academic skills to real world challenges.
IDS hosts 5 dynamic research teams, 8 postgraduate courses, and a family of world-class knowledge services. These 3 spheres are integrated in a unique combination as a development knowledge hub.

The Overseas Development Group (ODG) has pioneered research, teaching and consultancy in Development Studies for 40 years in the UK.
ODG manages both the UK-based and international project activities of the University of East Anglia's School of Development Studies - one of the UK's leading teaching and research institutions in its field. ODG also works extensively with research associates, consultants, other UEA schools and departments (e.g. economic and social studies, health, environment, education) and many external professional organisations. ODG’s clients include national and international development agencies, governments, NGOs, international research centres and the private sector.

Coffey International Development aims to be one of the world’s most effective development organisations, known for making a profound difference in the communities in which we work.
Coffey International Development works in markets where rapid economic growth is creating demand for more mature public services and infrastructure; which rely in part on overseas development assistance (ODA) to improve governance and deliver essential services; and in countries which are at risk of conflict or natural disaster, or which are emerging from it. Coffey International Development delivers consulting and training services and outsourced service delivery solutions that contribute to sustainable growth.
